Instructions to Set up an account 
  1. All Guardians/ Parents to set up an account, create a unique password, 1 password per family account profile. That account should be used to register 1 or more family members. It is highly reccommended that you complete all Guardian information. (Both Parents emails)( use a ;  Example: JohnSmith@Gmail.comJaneSmith@gmail.com )
  2. When registering, be certain to register the Guardian (parent) first before any players!  To enter a second parent, there is a check box on the registration form for the first parent.
  3. Follow the links.  Once the Guardian has been registered, enter the player.  You will be asked to associate the player with a Guardian.
  4. If you need to enter more than one email address, simply separate them by semicolons.
  5. You have the option of paying online with a credit card or using a check.
  6. Membership in US Lacrosse is required to complete the registration.  You will be able to do a search of the US Lacrosse database based upon the child's name and birthdate.  If found, the number will be inputted into the registration form.  If not found, you will be directed to the US Lacrosse site where you can register for a youth membership for your child.  Once the US Lacrosse signup is completed, you should come back to Doc's site to enter their membership number and complete the registration.

  8. You have the ability to log onto your existing account and update your information whenever you like and as many times as you like.  However, be careful to log onto your account and not to re-register since that can leave two (or more) entries into the system.  Extra entries will be deleted and any information on them lost.

Boys and Girls One Day Shooting & Dodging Drills - Sunday Nov 14th

Parents and Players, 

Sunday November 14th Field is available for us. We are going to have a Boys and Girls Shooting drills day. 

4th - 9th grade Boys and Girls 

Coach Scott Woodworth and several other coaches are going to show advanced shooting drills. College style drills that will be challenging and rewarding. 

Bring your Game stick and back up stick. We are going to shoot a ton of lacrosse balls. 

Make sure each stick you bring has your FULL NAME on it. Extra piece of tape with full name.

Stand and Fire

East N West Drill 

North / South - Feed to Fire

Syracuse Drill - Double shot 

Fire Feed Drill - Attackman favorite.

Double shot on Crease Drill 

 

BOYS AND GIRLS - DRESS WARM (Sweatpants and Long sleeves)

Boys - Helmets and Gloves

Girls - Goggles and Gloves - if cold weather

 

Girls Check in 9:45 AM, 10 - 11:30AM Field 54 (Grass)

Boys Check in 11:15 AM, 1130 - 1PM Field 54 (Grass)

2021/22 Doc's Girls WINTER OUTDOOR Program

 Doc's NYC Lacrosse 2021/2022 GIRLS (3rd-8th Grade*)

Outdoor Winter Skills/Short Field Games Program 

 *Experienced 2nd graders may join subject to request and Director approval. Please email Directors.

At: Randall's Island (Outdoor)

Program Philosophy:  Regardless of ability, this program is meant for those kids who really want to learn and improve during the winter off-season. 

The Program focuses on building stickhandling proficiency and lacrosse IQ through the teaching of ball control (dominant/non-dominant hand), stick fakes, off ball movement, precision passing/catching, offensive spacing, and defensive footwork.  With applied effort, individual players should improve their individual-play making skills through an increased number of ball touches during the drills and in short field games.  

Our 2021-22 Winter Program is a great way to get outdoors and have fun while getting ready for the Doc's NYC Spring 2022 Season. 

We hope you will join us for Doc's NYC "Winter Sunday" Lacrosse 

Winter Format Summary:

30 Minute Skill Practice (teach a different skill/concept each session)

50 Minute  Short Field Games each Sunday

Teams* set up to play games in 4v4 or 5v5 + 1 Goalie (about 12 Players per team with quick substitutions and balanced playing time)

Where: Randall's Island Fields (permit request is pending)

When: All Sessions are on Sundays: 

December 5th, 12th, 19th

January 9th, 23rd, 30th

Make up dates: February *6th & *13th

these dates will be added if weather conditions (cold temps and/or snow) are unsuitable for play***

Times:  As with Fall, based on permits, time of sessions may fluctuate.  We will do our best to maintain consistency.  Each session is 1.5 hours.

Fields are Located @ Randall's Island

$650 -  6 Sessions. 4 make up dates for Weather. 

$65 - Discount if Register before November 15th, 2021

FULL SWEATS (Pants & Long Sleeve)- WE ARE OUTSIDE - NO EXCPETIONS!

Equipment: All regular lacrosse equipment is required plus a mask (see our website on what you need and where to purchase).  .

2021/22 Doc's WINTER HIGH SCHOOL Boys and Girls

Boys and Girls High School Winter Lacrosse with Doc's NYC 

Sundays this Winter 

Docs NYC Lacrosse is expanded our programs to include HS players so that they can get in some additional reps before the Spring 2022 Scholastic Season starts up! Each weekend we will be playing games 4v4 or 5v5 (preceded by a skill driven warm-up). Teams will be balanced for competitive games! We will also try to group players who are teammates on their school teams. Bring a Pinny each week!  We will also hand our Doc's NYC reversibles to those who forgot their pinnys. Dont forget!

Short Field/Box style games (Outdoors) for fast paced playing. BRING YOUR TEAMMATES!!!
